Asbestos in Schools

We’re seeing more asbestos in schools, particularly older dorms on college campuses that are in need of abatement. Such is the case at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, as shown in the photos, and more recently at the University of Houston in Houston, Texas.  ARC’s Houston team abated five dormitories on the U of H campus.  The seven-figure project kicked off in early January 2018 and was completed in early March 2018. This project is being performed as part of the new quadrangle project on campus. ARC’s past work with J.E. Dunn Construction on other projects brought about this opportunity.  “We are delighted to work with J.E.
