Donald DeLatte, GM, Baton Rouge / New Orleans

Donald DeLatte is the general manager of ARC’s central and southern Louisiana office serving Baton Rouge, New Orleans and areas in between. His duties include project coordination, schedule planning, forecasting, crew supervision, project documentation, client/consultant relations and site safety. His education and training include OSHA 30, and he holds a Louisiana Supervisor License.

Prior to ARC, Donald managed large industrial asbestos abatement projects. He has been the site Projects Manager on multiple industrial asbestos abatement projects throughout the United States. He has been responsible for the coordination of subcontractors, tracking weekly production for cost analysis, pre-job and post-job documentation of all phases of the projects, and ensuring that a culture of safety is met and exceeded. Representative industrial projects include:
