He received degrees in occupational safety, health technology, and hazard materials management from TSTC in 1994.
One of his larger ARC projects was overseeing the abatement prior to the implosion of Waco’s Providence Hospital on 18th Street in 1989. He has an expert level of knowledge and competency in OSHA, the EPA and other regulatory standards.
