Lee Patterson, Baton Rouge / New Orleans
Lee Patterson is general manager of ARC’s central and southern Louisiana office serving Baton Rouge, New Orleans and areas in between. He joined the ARC family in early 2016 in the Denver office. There he worked as senior project manager under general manager Mike Griffin.
Before ARC, Lee worked at Orion Environmental in Commerce City, Colorado for three years. As director of environmental services, Lee helped grow the company’s environmental division from 30 employees to more than 150. His duties included managing and estimating abatement/demolition projects that ranged from multi-family living (100+ units) to commercial retail and office complexes.
Prior to Orion, Lee was a project manager and estimator at Engineered Demolition in Denver. He was responsible for asbestos abatement and remediation operations. His environmental career began in 2003 at Environmental Demolition, Inc. in Denver.
His training includes demolition, asbestos and hazardous materials remediation consisting of AHERA Supervisor, HAZWOPER/HAZCOM Supervisor, 10 hour scaffolding and Fall Protection, Forklift and Aerial Lift Training, 10 hour OSHA training for the construction industry, First Aid, CPR, Confined space training, lock out / tag out, and many other construction related training. His security clearances includes the U.S. Customs House, Federal Prisons, Denver Federal Center, Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, Xcel Energy, GSA Projects, and Department of Defense.
Lee is a native of Colorado. He and his wife, Heidi, have been married since 1999, and they have a son and a daughter. He enjoys traveling with his family and fishing for big fish and different species of fish. Being a Denver native he’s a die-hard Bronco’s fan, even when the team has a not-so-good season.
