Wet Sheetrock Removal East Baton Rouge Parish

In Blog, In the News, Newsroom

ARC’s work at Tanglewood Elementary in Central City, Louisiana began with the 30,000 sf of that building which received 3 to 4 feet of flood water throughout. We mobilized, and we have begun drying the building and removing 4 feet of sheetrock walls, flooring and all paper goods, desks, books, etc., that got wet during the flood. We are working 24hrs a day and hope to turn school over to start the rebuild by Sunday.

Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with those affected by the historic flooding hitting our neighbors to the east.

A severe storm system hit the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area on Friday, August 12, 2016, where ARC has a regional office. This is one in a series of blog posts re: ARC Abatement, our Baton Rouge regional office staff and the flooding.
