As interim general manager of ARC’s asbestos abatement Colorado operations, Andre Sparks’ projects span the entire state of Colorado, southern Wyoming, and western Nebraska. We have offices in Broomfield and Grand Junction.
Asbestos projects from our Colorado office include the redevelopment of 101 Broadway in Denver, three apartment buildings for the City of Aurora Housing Authority, Colorado Plains Medical Center, the U.S. Army installation at Fort Carson, five apartment complexes for Boulder Housing Partners, as well as the Southview Place Towers Apartments, the RTD Civic Center project at Colfax and Broadway in downtown Denver, the complete abatement of Aims Community College – PSI Building, Denver Public Schools, Adams 12 Five Star Schools, University of Colorado – Boulder, and dozens of facility disinfection projects in response to COVID-19. In early March 2020, ARC launched a facility disinfecting service ranging from a customized, comprehensive COVID-19 proactive program to actual cleaning high-touch surfaces. The new service generated hundreds of projects.
