Industrial Abatement Services
Asbestos Abatement + Scaffolding — An estimated two million employees in the construction and general industry face significant asbestos exposure on the job. The heaviest exposure occurs in the construction industry, particularly during the removal of asbestos during renovation or demolition. ARC Abatement can assist in the proper removal of asbestos before a renovation or demolition project. With nearly 30 years of experience, our team is fully licensed and accredited to perform any size asbestos abatement. ARC is the single source for industrial asbestos abatement including scaffolding for power plants, manufacturing facilities, and industrial and petrochemical companies. Our industrial abatement division is headed up by ARC General Manager Warren Brown.
Mold Remediation — ARC boasts more than 40,000 hours expanding more than 1,000 projects cleaning mold-contaminated facilities. Our techniques prevent further contamination. We respond on a 24-hour basis.
Lead Abatement — Using state-of-the-art techniques, ARC has completed numerous lead and lead-based paint projects. We follow the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) guidelines.
Facility Disinfecting Services — in response to COVID-19.
Safety is no accident at ARC. We have one of the best industrial abatement safety records across all areas in which we work. We make workplace safety our highest priority and provide comprehensive and ongoing safety training to all of our field personnel and management. ARC takes a proactive, integrated approach to safety and quality programs.
In addition to compliance with regulatory-required training and standards, we implement company-specific programs across all operations in an effort to promote safety awareness, employee well-being, and the safest possible onsite work practices. As a result, ARC has earned a very competitive Experience Modification Rating (EMR) of .79, allowing us one of the highest-quality insurance and bonding programs in the industry.
ARC is the single source for scaffolding, asbestos abatement, mold remediation, lead abatement, tank cleaning, coating, and painting for power plants, manufacturing facilities, and industrial and petrochemical companies.
To expand that base, ARC entered into a merger agreement with Lone Wolf Resources (LWR) in April 2017. LWR is an environmental remediation, construction, and recycling company, specializing in the treatment and recycling of impacted soils, sediments, and groundwater. The company operates as LWR.
We ensure minimal interruptions to ongoing operations. Since 1990, we have logged more than 12,000,000 asbestos abatement and scaffolding man-hours. Many of these projects required creative scaffolding solutions in environments that require adaptability.
Our corporate commitment assures that our projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget with minimal disruption to our client’s day-to-day activities. ARC’s coverage is rated A+15 by A.M. best rating, and our bonds are treasury listed.
Our EMR and OSHA incident rates are extremely low. We have enjoyed steady and significant growth since our founding. Our financial strength and performance record enables us to provide comprehensive insurance, with bonding capabilities exceeding $40 million.
ARC project managers are full-time members of our team, and we have safety personnel on-site. We have nearly 300 trained craftsmen/women, and we are licensed coast to coast in the United States.
