Nebraska Asbestos Abatement

From ARC’s Colorado office, we offer the following services to Western Nebraska including North Platte, Ogallala, Sidney, Kimball, Chappell, Grant, and Imperial:

Asbestos Abatement — Our trademark service.  An estimated two million employees in the construction and general industry face significant asbestos exposure on the job. The heaviest exposure occurs in the construction industry, particularly during the removal of asbestos during renovation or demolition. ARC Abatement can assist in the proper removal of asbestos before a renovation or demolition project.  With nearly 30 years of experience, our team is fully licensed and accredited to perform any size asbestos abatement, from private establishments to large industrial and government facilities. We have completed more than 12 million man-hours of asbestos abatement and scaffolding work since 1990. We assure minimal disruption to occupied facilities.

Mold Remediation — More than 400,000 hours expanding more than 1,000 projects cleaning mold-contaminated facilities. Our techniques prevent further contamination. We respond on a 24-hour basis and offer mold testing.

Lead Abatement — Using state-of-the-art techniques, ARC has completed numerous lead and lead-based paint projects. We follow the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) guidelines.

As general manager of ARC’s Broomfield and Grand Junction asbestos abatement operations, ARC’s area projects span the entire state of Colorado, southern Wyoming and western Nebraska.  Asbestos projects include the redevelopment of 101 Broadway in Denver,  three apartment buildings for the City of Aurora Housing Authority, Colorado Plains Medical Center, the U.S. Army installation at Fort Carson, five apartment complexes for Boulder Housing Partners, selective abatement at the Southview Place Towers Apartments, the RTD Civic Center project at Colfax & Broadway in downtown Denver, the complete abatement of Aims Community College – PSI Building, Denver Public Schools, Adams 12 Five Star Schools and University of Colorado – Boulder.

Our Colorado team has managed many lead abatement projects including the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD).  Another project was the largest Regulation No. 19 lead cleanup in Colorado’s history, which resulted from a downtown Denver apartment building explosion. With 12 licensed Reg. 19 technicians, the cleanup was completed in just more than two months.

ARC Colorado provides methamphetamine lab cleanup. Our clients for this service include several rental property owners and the Boulder County Housing Authority.

Credit for our exceptional compliance record goes to the training that our crews and employees are mandated to complete. During a hazardous material abatement project, safety is our first priority for clients, the public, the environment, and our employees.  Read case studies about our hazardous material abatement work on the Historic Magnolia Ballroom Abatement (Houston), Austin Community College-Rio Vista Abatement, Mastic Removal for Progressive Pipeline, and LSU Hospital Boiler Project.
