Mold Remediation

Molds are fungi that can be found both indoors and outdoors. Estimates range from tens of thousands to perhaps three-hundred-thousand or more types of mold. Exposure to molds can cause symptoms such as nasal stuffiness, eye irritation, wheezing or skin irritation, or more serious allergies. Severe reactions may occur among workers in occupational settings exposed to large amounts of molds. These reactions may include fever and shortness of breath. Some people with chronic lung illnesses, such as obstructive lung disease, may develop mold infections in their lungs. Though the type of reaction depends upon the mold present, both the EPA and CDC state that all molds have the potential to cause health issues.

ARC’s team of trained mold abatement technicians utilize proven methods to eradicate mold and help prevent the recurrence of growth. Typical remediation can include the removal and packaging of mold-contaminated material, application of biocides, and sealing-off affected areas. Our services have been utilized by medical facilities, schools, apartments, and commercial buildings. ARC is highly respected for its ability to provide mold removal services while protecting the integrity of your facility.
